Room 403 - This spacious luxury suite consists of two living rooms, a dining area, a large kitchen, a large master bedroom, and a guest bedroom. In all, this well furnished suite provides you with 1600 square feet of living space. The suite can accommodate up to six adults and two children, but also holds a special place for couples celebrating anniversaries, people entertaining friends, and anyone else who has a reason to celebrate. Room 402 - This is another large suite able to accommodate up to 6 adults. Besides a combination living room/dining room, it consists of 2 bedrooms, two baths, and two day beds for a total of 1200 square feet of living space. You’ll enjoy a large, fully furnished kitchen, and a washer and dryer for extra convenience. Like all our rooms, you’ll have an excellent view of the ski area and the mountains surrounding Red River. Like always, Main Street is right down the steps.

Room 401 - This compact room (350 square feet) is perfect for two to four people who want a living room, a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom (the living rooms contains two day beds). The room is clean, convenient, and comfortable. Walk out onto a large porch and look out onto Main Street. Perfect for a family who wants to spend a weekend in Red River, or a couple interested in a prolonged stay.

Room 404 - This two person room is perfect for newlyweds and couples. Flip a switch to turn on the adobe style gas fireplace and you’ll enjoy the cozy heat during a cool Red River evening.  Even better, the fireplace is shared in a living room/bedroom combination, so you’ll always stay toasty.  The large glass patio door provide plenty of sunlight and a great view of the ski mountain.  Open the door and light the fire and presto, instant outdoor campfire.

Room 612 - This rustic mountain cabin, known as La Casita, combines all the comforts of home with the excitement of living in the mountains.  You’ll have your own private lot, surrounded by trees, enjoying the cool crisp air, while facing south toward the warm New Mexico sun.  Ever have dreams about living in the mountains?  This 700 square foot cabin will give you first hand experience about what it means to live in the Southern Rockies.

Room 501 This room is located in the Thunderbird Lodge across the street from Sitzmark Lodge. Room 501 features a TV/DVD/VCR, two queen size beds, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, large microwave oven, stove-top/oven combination, coffee pot, toaster, and kitchen countertop with 4 bar stools. 335 square feet.

Room 502 This room is located in the Thunderbird Lodge across the street from Sitzmark Lodge. Room 502 features a TV/DVD/VCR, a single bed and a double bed in two separate bedrooms, 1 day-bed, lots of closet space, dining room table, full bathroom, and a full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, stove-top/oven combination, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. 520 square feet.

Room 503 This room is located in the Thunderbird Lodge across the street from Sitzmark Lodge. Room 503 features a TV/DVD/VCR, 1 double bed, 2 day-beds, a full bathroom, and a full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, stove-top/oven combination, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and kitchen countertop with 4 bar stools. 400 square feet

Room 504 This room is located in the Thunderbird Lodge across the street from Sitzmark Lodge. Room 504 features a TV/DVD/VCR, 2 double beds, 2 day-beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, stove-top/oven combination, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dining table. 585 square feet.
